One of the poetry highlights of the autumn, “Precious and Impossible: Selected Poems” brings together thirty years of poetry and lyrics by the TS Eliot Prize-winning poet, Anthony Joseph.
Featuring exclusive new poems alongside those previously published, it’s a collection astonishingly rich in form and voice and musicality, reminding us that Trinidad-born Joseph is also a novelist and a musician, with four critically acclaimed albums to his name.
We’re delighted to welcome Anthony to Stroud Book Festival to read poems old and new, and discuss his award-winning career.
