Bellyfit is a unique and uplifting exercise programme for women.  The class is inspired by the ancient wisdom of Yoga, the specificity and effectiveness of Pilates, the power and joy of Bhangra Dance and the feminine sensuality of Belly Dance.

Bellyfit offers you a chance to stretch, tone and strengthen your unique body; to sweat, breathe, laugh and connect with yourself and the other women in the class.  Come and move together in a non-competitive, joyful space.

Please wear trainers and bring a mat.

£37.50 for a block of 5 classes. Paid in advance. (Concessions available, ask Rosie for more details).
