Bellyfit is a unique and uplifting exercise programme for women.  The class combines a fusion of dance fitness, Yoga based stretching and Pilates based core work and is suitable for women of all fitness levels and ages.

Bellyfit offers you a chance to stretch, tone and strengthen your unique body; to sweat, breathe, laugh and connect with yourself and the other women in the class.  Come and move together in a non-competitive, joyful space.

Please wear trainers and bring a mat and a water bottle.

£37.50 for a block of 5 classes. Paid in advance. £9 drop-in rate.
