Join Yael at Stroud’s Lansdown Hall, for a morning’s Immersion and embodied exploration into exciting and mind-bending Nia Routine ‘Beyond’, from fabulous Nia choreographer, Ann Christiansen (creator of U, Magic, Joy, Life and Ride).
Expect mind-expanding choreographic patterns (which we will learn) and to play with Nia principles of The Body’s Way.
Our predominant FOCUS for the morning will be BALANCE, with the INTENT being learning tools for sustaining a healthy body and life.

Nia belts, teachers, students and new-to-Nia people alike are welcome, and no previous experience is necessary.
