Bellyfit is a unique and uplifting exercise programme for women. The class is inspired by the ancient wisdom of Yoga, the specificity and effectiveness of Pilates, the power and joy of African, Bhangra and Bollywood Dance and the feminine sensuality of Belly Dance.
Bellyfit offers you a chance to stretch, tone and strengthen your unique body; to sweat, breathe, laugh and connect with yourself and the other women in the class. Come and move together in a non-competitive, joyful space and celebrate what it is to be healthy, energised and fully alive.
Please wear trainers and bring a yoga mat if you have one (I have spares). No need to sign up for a course, just drop by and try it.
£35 for block of 5 classes (payable at 1st class). Concessions available, ask Rosie for more details.
