Natural dance is an ecstatic integrative movement journey inspired by beautiful global-trance-mantra music, seamless harmonic mixing and safe space holding. What started 17 years ago as a weekly 5 Rhythms® class, has now become an evolving exploration of the 5 Rhythms® with CranioSacral Biodynamics, and non-dual somatic enquiry. There is a minimum of teaching, just whatever is needed to facilitate the Dance. Leigh is well known for his popular Wed Night Natural Dance in Bristol.
Please come ready to move with loose clothes, barefoot/light dance shoes and without intoxicants.
