Come along and enjoy the numerous benefits of these Chinese internal arts, whether it be for general health, relaxation, or to help your posture, balance and suppleness.

Tai Chi is often called ‘moving meditation’ due to the elegance of the naturally flowing and graceful movements.

It is a martial art although these classes focus on the health aspects and on easy to learn Chi Kung movements to improve our energy. Classes are suitable for everyone.

1 hour class £64 for eight weeks

90 mins class £80 for eight weeks
